The RiAus team promotes science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education by providing free teacher resources and student activities mapped to the Australian National Curriculum.
A fantastic education program they promote is the In class with… series, which provides a unique opportunity for school-aged children to interact with inspirational speaking and leaders in the STEM sector.
Fiona was thrilled to be invited to participate in the series and her episode In Class With… Prof Fiona Wood is now live! Fiona answered students burning questions from her career pathway to the design process of her innovative technology' spray-on skin' and, as always, encouraged everyone to follow their passions and make the most of opportunities.
We would love to see Teachers include this episode in their learning programs as it provides students with an excellent opportunity to learn about the use and influence of science and how it can affect people's lives.
